Mark R. Tammariello, J.D.
Mr. Tammariello is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Claims Service, a licensed Louisiana attorney and commercial insurance agent since 1996. He currently manages public-entity captive insurance programs generating over $100 million in annual premium, with more than 7,000 vehicles and 10,000 insured employees. He has tremendous experience in the establishment, management, underwriting, feasibility studies and procurement of reinsurance for single parent captive insurance programs. He is highly sophisticated in evaluating actuary reports, negotiating excess and reinsurance contracts, administering profitable captive programs and managing complex liability claims. He previously practiced insurance and environmental defense law, clerked for several district court Judges and the La. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and as a claims manager for a national insurance company. Paramount specializes in complex Auto, Products Liability, Trucking and Law-Enforcement liability claims — including federal civil rights matters — that require particular, experienced handling. He is very engaged with the client relationship as well as the strategies and exposure analysis on large claims.
Tracy LeDoux
Ms. LeDoux joined Paramount in 2016 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Paramount Claims, where she oversees the company's overall performance across claims operations, staff leadership, and marketing. In this role, she sets strategic direction for the claims department, builds and develops the adjusting and support staff, and guides marketing initiatives that support the company's growth and client relationships — all while maintaining oversight of day-to-day operational performance across the organization. She brings management experience across business auto liability, professional liability, law enforcement liability, general liability, and public entity and self-insured programs. As COO, Ms. LeDoux draws on this full range of experience to listen closely to each client, identify the strategies that best fit their needs, and provide risk-management analysis to reduce future exposures — while ensuring Paramount Claims' staff, operations, and marketing efforts all work in service of that same client-focused mission.
