Mark R. Tammariello, J.D.
Owner
Mr. Tammariello is the owner and proprietor of Paramount Claims Services. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Louisiana and has been a commercial insurance agent and program administration manager in the insurance business since 1996. Prior to this, Mr. Tammariello was an attorney practicing law including insurance defense, environmental defense and some plaintiffs work. He also spent time as a claims manager with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
Through all this experience, he has acquired very specific knowledge and skill sets that are extremely beneficial to a casualty claims operation. He is very sophisticated in implementing injured workers return to work programs, employment discrimination claims, Worker's Comp. insurance claims, USL & H, Jones act and various other claims.
Tracy LeDoux
Vice President
Ms. LeDoux joined the Paramount Claims team in 2016 bringing management experience in numerous lines of business including business auto liability, professional liability, law enforcement liability, general liability, public entity and self insured entities.
In 2011, Tracy joined one of the largest national third party administrators where she excelled in identifying and servicing a large variety of clients ensuring that their needs and line of defense were in place when exposures arose. As a result of her knowledge & experience she was assigned several tasks including establishing protocols and ensuring they were implemented on a claim handling level. She was often tasked with leading particular programs and acting as the gate keeper to ensure the relationship and needs were met for each client. Additionally, she was often tasked with training other managers and employees to ensure that they were functioning under the current guidelines and adhering to the client’s needs. During this time, she moved from a senior level adjuster, to a manager and at times filled the role of AVP when the need arose. She currently has up to 30 State licenses.
Prior to 2011, she worked as a senior adjuster with a personal carrier where she developed pro-active handling skills and knowledge over a period of 8 years as well as worked as a private investigator for over 9 years for a variety of clients ranging from worker’s comp, insurance defense as well as some plaintiff type work.
At Paramount, we believe a strong team is vital to meeting the needs of each client. Each adjuster has a unique skill set that is utilized to best meet the needs of each client and the different exposures that come with their respective industries.
